  Absolutely excellent company. Customer service second to none. Had a problem that needed resolving and they honestly couldn't be more helpful. When first looking at coops I was a bit concerned that I couldn't find a telephone number but they respond so quickly and efficiently via email that I am absolutely delighted. The quality of the coop (Dorset) is excellent. I used to have an eglu for my previous hens and I noticed that they only used the coop when laying and at night. With the Dorset they have a chill out during the day even though have free rein of the garden. I wouldn't go back to plastic again and highly recommend both the coop and the company.   Amazing company. Five star service from beginning to end. The coop is made of fantastic quality material (believe me I’ve had several bad ones from other companies). Easy to assemble but do read the instructions. Lol. Well thought out and well made coop. I can’t recommend this coop and company enough.
